  1. Sign in with the workspace URL and credentials supplied by your administrator.
  2. Open My Profile to add your avatar, job details, timezone preferences, and notification settings.

Projects and project boards

Organize delivery work and the people responsible for it.

Create a projectDefine its name, ticket prefix, visibility, dates, estimate, owner, and members.
Manage membersAdd only the people who should see and work within the project.
Use the boardMove tickets through project-specific statuses and maintain the team workflow.
Personalize your listPin and reorder projects. Your saved order is private to your account.
Project visibility is enforced throughout lists, search results, reports, epics, sprints, documents, and direct links.

Tickets and daily execution

Create, assign, discuss, and complete trackable work.

  1. Choose a project and select Add Ticket.
  2. Enter a clear title and description, then choose status, priority, type, assignee, sprint, epic, due date, and visibility as applicable.
  3. Use comments, mentions, attachments, watchers, and worklogs to keep the complete delivery record together.
  4. Create subtasks or dependencies when work must be broken down or completed in sequence.
  5. Update status from the ticket or board as work progresses. Use filters and saved views to focus the listing.

Planning: epics, sprints, and priorities

Turn roadmap goals into an ordered delivery plan.

EpicsGroup related tickets under a larger outcome and monitor completion.
SprintsSet iteration dates and goals, then assign eligible tickets to the sprint.
BacklogPrioritize tickets not yet assigned to a sprint and drag them into planned work.
Daily prioritiesManagers assign dated priorities; users can review, complete, edit, or reschedule permitted items.

Timesheets, attendance, and leave

Record working time and keep attendance aligned.

  1. Use Check In when starting work and Check Out when finishing a work session.
  2. Open Timesheets and log project, ticket, work date, hours, task description, and optional notes.
  3. Use Tasks Worked to turn recent ticket activity or daily priorities into editable timesheet rows.
  4. Review attendance hours versus submitted timesheet hours and correct discrepancies.
  5. Submit leave requests for approval. Administrators review requests and maintain organization holidays.
  6. Administrators can filter and export timesheet data to Excel or CSV while retaining the active sort and filters.
Timesheet and attendance modules can be enabled or disabled per user. If disabled, their navigation, controls, search pages, and direct routes are unavailable.
